Also known as TEMPE spray, this treatment for premature ejaculation is an aerosol version of the numbing agents lidocaine and prilocaine. When sprayed on the penis, this appears to increase the amount of time a man can have intercourse before he ejaculates and improves ejaculatory control, studies indicate. It is currently not available in the U.S.
