Who should not use oxygen?

Anyone for whom supplemental oxygen was not prescribed should not use it. Shortness of breath does not necessarily mean that oxygen therapy will be beneficial. Testing of the blood oxygen level in the body is necessary to determine if and how much oxygen might be need.
