What foods may irritate my bladder?

Not all foods affect everyone in the same way, so you will have to learn which ones may cause your symptoms to get worse. In general, acidic and spicy foods tend to irritate the bladder. Try to avoid tomatoes, tomato-based foods, honey, fruits, corn syrup and chocolate.
