Pharmacy technicians are important members of the pharmacy team. They help to support the pharmacist, consumer, and clinic, depending on their practice site. 

Pharmacy technicians are found in hospitals, emergency departments, community pharmacies and clinics. They aid pharmacists, consumers and the health care team by accurately filling prescriptions, collecting a medication list and contacting people and insurance companies to help people receive medications.
