Once a concussion is diagnosed, treatment is focused on relieving the symptoms associated with the concussion. Light rest and simply waiting it out are the best treatments for most of the symptoms, such as dizziness, nausea, and headaches. If the headaches with your concussion are quite painful, you can turn to common alternative treatments for headaches.
