Fungal infection is a very difficult condition to treat, but doctors have many different antifungal drugs to choose from. As there are many different antifungal drugs prescribed for fungal infection, there are also many side effects. Side effects vary depending on the medication you are prescribed. Side effects of these antifungal drugs include irregular blood levels, irregular temperature, vomiting, kidney, liver, bone, and intestinal damage, and vision problems.
