Fallopian tube cancer is the least common of gynecological cancers, which include cervical cancer, uterine cancer, and ovarian cancer. Only one percent of women with a gynecological cancer have fallopian tube cancer. Every year in the United States, between 300 and 400 women are diagnosed with this form of cancer.
