I try to make every day a good day. Sometimes a good day can just be on your couch
with your blanket and your favorite book. Throughout my journey, I think it was essential for me
to always remain present in the now and just focus on the positivity. Spending time with family, friends, or volunteering
in my community whenever I have the energy or capacity to do so, that's a really good day for me. [AUDIO LOGO]
