What causes eye spitting on the insides of my eyeglasses?

Eyes do not spit. However, your tear film may splatter with blinking under certain circumstances. This may occur in blepharitis and mybomien gland dysfunction, when the normal chemistry of the tear film is disrupted. Treatment may include eyelid hygiene, warm compresses, and topical or oral medications.
