If isosulfan blue (Lymphazurin) is injected, your urine could be blue for a day afterward. Your skin also may turn blue from the injection, either briefly or for an extended time. Serious allergic reactions are possible with this drug. Immediately alert medical personnel if you feel itchy or experience any swelling or breathing problems after an injection of isosulfan blue. The effects of this drug in pregnant women are not known. This drug should only be administered by a trained medical professional.
