Let's try this. Kneel on the floor with your knees wide and extend them as far out as you can
without hurting yourself. Now bend forward at the hips and sink your butt down-- kind of looks like a frog stretch from yoga, right?
Or a groin stretch, like in gym class-- same kind of thing. Hold it and go just a little deeper when you feel like you can.
