PCOS can be managed by many lifestyle
changes, such as weight loss. Losing 5% to 10% of your body weight can really decrease the symptoms that you have of PCOS.
Another thing that you want to look at is your diet. How do I change my diet and affect PCOS and the symptoms? So you want to decrease your intake of processed foods
and processed high carbohydrates. You also want to decrease your high-glycemic sugars, such as white flours, white sugar, and anything
that's been processed. Some fruits have a very high sugar index, such as melon. So again, you want to decrease those types of foods
to decrease the amount of glucose that's in your body, and again, may not be able to be processed correctly.
