Ingredients
½ cup raw sliced strawberries
½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
¾ cup baby spinach
⅛ cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp olive oil
1 dash salt (to taste)
1 drop stevia, vanilla flavor
Preparation (Serves 1):
- In a small bowl mix balsamic vinegar and Stevia.
- Slowly whisk in olive oil. Season with salt. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Spread spinach on plate, top with strawberries and pecans.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and serve.
