Spinach and Strawberry Salad with Pecans Recipe

Ingredients

½ cup raw sliced strawberries
½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
¾ cup baby spinach
⅛ cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp olive oil
1 dash salt (to taste)
1 drop stevia, vanilla flavor

Preparation (Serves 1):

  • In a small bowl mix balsamic vinegar and Stevia.
  • Slowly whisk in olive oil. Season with salt. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Spread spinach on plate, top with strawberries and pecans.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and serve.
