Baked or Grilled Onion Recipe

Push those French fries aside! This flavor-filled recipe not only tastes great, but it's low in calories and delivers flavonoids to help your body fight damaging free radicals produced during exercise.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium yellow onions
  • Butter spray
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt (or other seasoning)

Preparation (Serves 4)

Wash onions and remove the ends. Spray each onion with butter spray and sprinkle with garlic salt to taste. Grill or bake the onions until tender.
