    There is no clear link between chronic headaches and the development of aneurysms. Classically, when an aneurysm breaks, the headache is often described as “the worst headache of your life.” Sometimes, changing or worsening headaches can be a sign of aneurysm growth, but most headaches are just that… headaches.
