Sexual Health is reproductive functional competence.  This includes everything from the physical well-being of your reproductive organs and hormones all the way to establishing a lasting sexual/social relationship within which children will be created and raised.  However, I think in the everyday world most people are referring to the ability to have sex and procreate.  Regardless of how you define it, broadly or not, sexual health is an integral part of your total health picture and will be impacted by how healthy you are overall.  That means adequate rest and exercise; good nutrition and social maturation will all affect your sexual health.
