Well, first is an assessment to see exactly what kind of urinary incontinence is occurring.
That would include a simple physical exam, but it also might include voiding exams, where
we see how well do you void, and is there any urine left afterwards. And then based on that data, often physical therapy
and exercises are all that is required. But of course, that, sort of, all that is required,
