Motivation comes in all shapes and sizes. The best kind though is what we call intrinsic motivation.
That's the motivation that comes from a deep place inside. Sometimes, we need to kickstart. Competitive folks might like making a game out
of weight loss. For introspective people, a kind partner to lean on might be helpful. Whatever it is, don't be afraid to use
the motivational tools you need get moving. Weight loss journeys have ups and downs. And motivation isn't not always easy.
Remember, the best kind usually comes from within. But sometimes you have to work at it to find exactly where it is.
