What Kegel exercises are is a woman will constrict her pelvic floor muscular [xx] like she's trying to hold in her urine. I counsel my patients actually 10 times at a sitting, three times a day, and this is something that can actually really help perhaps for some women improving orgasm and helping with sexual pain during intercourse also.
