[BLANK_AUDIO] Well ideally, we should soak in Epsom salt bath, maybe three or four times a week for about 15 to 30 minutes. Soaking a lot longer than that or more frequently than that can sometimes cause abdominal cramping. One of the great benefits about soaking regularly in Epsom salt bath is the magnesium benefit, because it does absorb right into your skin, helping you to raise your internal magnesium level.
