[MUSIC] I think that in addition to exercise, social support, activities, sometimes therapy, the mindfulness and meditation, yoga, acupuncture, biofeedback, can all be helpful non sort of medical interventions that a person can incorporate into their life, and when we talk about exercise usually doing aerobic exercise, it's says anywhere between two and a half to seven hours per week as a new figures that are reported to be helpful for people, and doing the exercise with a partner is also more beneficial.

So there are a combination of things that people can do without the use of medications, that have been beneficial. We see that a new study came out looking at women who are pregnant and depressed and doing this mindfulness meditation was helpful in reducing their scores on depression rating scale.
