It's a really good idea to take a daily multivitamin just as an insurance policy against a bad diet or an inadequate diet, but to add to that it could also help you to lose weight, and here's why, because there are a number of nutrients in that multivitamin that could help you to burn fat, and one of them is iodine, so you want to make sure that you get a multi, you take a multivitamin daily, one, it's best to make sure that your multivitamin does contain iodine, and the reason is because it helps you with normal thyroid function, and often when we have abnormal thyroid function, weight gain is a result.
The other thing is to make sure that all of the nutrients in that multivitamin are absorbed properly by the body, you want to split it in half and take half a dose in the morning and the other half at night, and make sure that when you do take it, that you take it with food.
