Oatmeal itself is a high fiber content which is great for lowering, but what most people don't know since they think of oatmeal as a breakfast food, if I recommend it as a night time snack, because oatmeal is with cold and no vine and what dos the no vine does is that relaxes the nervous system and eases tension.

It also has a good amount of tryptophan in it, as well as melatonin. So all around oatmeal is a great choice for a night time snack and what you want to do is take anywhere from a quarter to a half a cup before bed and you'll go right to slumber time.
