I love recommending pumpkin seeds to my patients because most times people think that they don't want to have a glass of milk before bed. So I usually recommend pumpkin seed powder because it actually has the same amount of pitocin in it as a full glass of milk. And so when you're having difficulty winding down, I recommend a cup full pumpkin seed powder along with some apple sauce, because you need a little bit of that carbohydrate allow that chip to find to get into the brain and it's a wonderful night time snack.
