How Does Diet Affect My Risk of Stomach Cancer?

Foods affect stomach cancer in two ways. Some of them, increase the risk. The worst of these are what we call processed meats. That's bacon, ham, sausage, the deli spices. You and I know that those are more popular than they've ever been, but there's really no question about it. They increase the risk of many forms of cancer, including stomach cancer.

There're some things that are protective and in that regard, citrus fruits, orange, vegetables, some things like carrots and sweet potatoes. Also, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, all of the green vegetables are really good. All of these help protect you against cancer. So add it to your routine.

You don't need heroic amounts, they just got to be part of your daily diet.
