If you and your bed partner have different sleep schedules where one person is a night owl and the person is an early bird you've got a big problem on our hands. If you like to go to bed together, here's one of the things that you can do. If you're an early bird, go ahead and wear eye shades and ear plugs that way you don't necessarily hear your night owl moving around or see the television or something like that.
If you're the night owl, you may need nightshades and ear plugs as well because guess what, when the early bird gets up in the morning and the sun comes through the blinds, you're going to want make sure your sleep isn't disturbed.
