Belly fat is the most harmful kind of fat for your health, because it surrounds the viscera, we call it visceral fat, and that means it's interfering with the functions of the organs, and especially the pancreas, and one thing about people that get more belly fat is they are actually the type that would become diabetic, prediabetic, and much more heart disease.

So more belly fat means more diabetes, more heart disease, more stroke, more high blood pressure, that's the reason we really got to control this epidemic of belly fat.
