When you're doing Asian take-out, you gotta be careful, it's all about special ordering. What's I like to do is order my entries steamed, just remember that word steamed or order everything you like whether it's beef and broccoli, chicken and snoppies, shrimp dish, order it steamed and get the sauce on the side then dip don't pour that sauce, just dip.

So if you're the kind of person that likes rice, and you really need to have rice with your Asian meal, stick with the brown rice over a white. It's a much better choice. Higher in fiber, better calorie count.
