So the fun thing about eating for your chakras is it actually incorporates a tremendous amount of variety onto your plate. The chakras represent a spectrum of colors in the rainbow and so your plate essentially should reflect that. If you are looking to balance all of them literally just have more colorful foods.

If your looking to balance this specific one start with just foods that are similar to that chakra color. For example, the root chakra which tends to be more of a red issue would correspond to eating foods like panagramas or apples that also tend to have a red issue. And you can get this for anyone of the chakras.
