The time of day that you eat is so important for weight loss. In aryuvedic medicine, it's not just about counting calories, it's actually when you are eating most of your calories. And that's because there are specific times of the day that your digestion or your digestefier known agni is strongest.

Lunch is when your digestion is the strongest so it may make sense that you would burn more calories by eating your heaviest largest meals at lunch time. Dinner is when your digestefier is the weakest and so that should be the time that you're eating your lightest meals. And anything you eat over 7 pm you might as well just tape it to your butt because it's not getting digested.
