What Foods and Drinks Can Trigger Digestive Problems?

There are so many ways that people get digestive issues, food allergies, food intolerances, and then just the standard American diet, people are eating way too much sugar, processed foods and animal products, and all that stuff kind of leads to toxicity in your system. So it's good to make sure you eliminate any kind of source of toxins and make sure that you're eating a diet that is rich in phytochemicals and antioxidants and fibre to keep your digestive system working really well.

Processed foods really make you have digestive problems, especially the sugary foods, any kind of refined sugars and those are really processed fats those concentrated sources of fats so you want to stay away from those. A lot of people are intolerant to dairy because of the lactose so you want to probably cut out diary first, and the other thing that a lot of people are more and more increasingly intolerant of is gluten.

So, you may want to consider eliminating gluten and seeing if that's what's causing your digestive problem.
