That if you need a healthier pizza, it's simple. You got to work on the crust, what I do is, you take a regular pan pizza maybe 700-800 calories a small and a personal pan, swap it out and you can make up to eight different potabalo pizzas and they look and taste just like the pizza, they are made from vegetable to mushroom and you put the marrow narrow source you put the protein whether it's sausage or pepperoni or chicken, I love chicken a little bit of cheese on top and you basically would save 10 times the calories you would have eating a normal personal pan pizza and it's feeling it's just a really smart carb swap for the dough of the pizza for the potabola.
