I want to tell you all now about what the difference is between alkaline and acidic foods and the key term here that you have to know is PH. The PH level determines where you are, the closer you are to zero is the more acid things, are the closer you are to 14 is the more alkaline.

You want to be in the middle. Acid is necessary for digestion so the acid by itself is not bad, but problem is the acid belongs in your stomach when you have a faulty bowel between your stomach and your oesophagus the acid can go back into your oesophagus and it can start doing some very disruptive things and damage the oesophagus.
