The Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy is a very unique entity of the disease the most important thing to know is that this is very common disease about one out of 500 people has this disease. This is genetic condition for the disease in which the muscle of the heart is very thickened to cause various kind of symptoms, the second most important thing to know is that this is the most common genetic cardiovascular disease that cause sudden death, sudden cardiac death among the young people in including competitive athletes.

The high part of Cardiomyopathy is close by very thickened muscle that left side of the heat and causes various kinds of symptoms. The symptoms include sudden cardiac death symptom related to heart failure, or symptom related to the abstraction of the exit of the left side of the heart caused by the frequent muscle heart.

Again the most important thing to notice is this is the most common cause of sudden death among the young people including competitive athletes in terms of symptoms of heart failure that includes shortness of breath, swelling of the legs and so forth if you have the obstruction of the exit of the heart which is called [xx] you will also have shortness of breath one of the very important things about symptoms related to Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy is that many of the patients are actually astigmatic without meaning a patient has not may nor have any symptom.

Therefore it is extremely important to identify high risk patients who has family history of this disease and screen them appropriately.
