Breakfast is hugely important for so many reasons, but to start with people who eat breakfast actually have a lower body mass index compared to breakfast skippers. In addition even people who are relatively stable in their weight, when they distribute their calories more evenly throughout the day, which means starting with breakfast, having lunch and dinner versus waiting and then eating a lot at night, well actually the better body composition.

And people who eat breakfast tend to have better insulin, cholesterol, even cortisol levels.
