Is Coffee Good for the Brain?

The latest studies are telling us that coffee is good for the brain. One or two cups of coffee is associated with a lower risk for Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and even physical illnesses like diabetes. Now the key is one or two cups. If you over do it we know it's not going to be good for it's going to cause anxiety, it makes us jittery, it can increase your heart rate and increase your blood pressure, so moderation is the key and it you don't like coffee, you can try drinking green tea which has caffeine in it or even a little bite of dark chocolate has caffeine and may protect your brain.
