So the first thing you want to do to treat yeast overgrowth in the intestine is focus on your diet. You want to cut out those foods that had any added sugar in it. So any cookies, candy, cakes, pies, alcohol. You want to cut out those foods from your diet. No soda, no sports drinks with added sugar.

You want to cut those out for a good two weeks. That will really help lower the yeast overgrowth in the body, and will also help with lowering those cravings. You also want to cut back on the refined carbohydrates, breads and pastas. These things will cause yeast to overgrow as well.

There's lots of foods that you should be eating when you're trying to control or yeast in your diet. First and foremost, you want to add in foods that are high in fiber, so think about your vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, eggplant, your beans and legumes your nuts and seeds, these foods that are so high in fiber help a good bacteria grow.

Also fermented are great thing like kimchi and sauakraut even yogurts and kefir these foods that naturally have good bacteria in it help keep the good bacteria high and prevent yeast from overgrowing.
