Well, the first rule of stress management is never worry alone. So don't get isolated, don't work yourself into a teasy. Another really good thing to do is get physical exercise. My colleague John Ratey in his book, Spark, has shown how tremendously effective physical exercise is. It's both for stress and and for managing ADHD.

And then other physical factors, get enough sleep, eat properly, learn to meditate, those can also help a great deal. And finally, if there is some toxic form of stress in your life, try to get rid of it or at least curtail it.
