How Do I Change My Thinking from Negative to Positive?

First of all we're always going to have negative thoughts. So the first, the major way is to identify them, and the easiest way to do that is, you're walking through life, and you can even, you're driving, you're walking, you're thinking, you're working and you get an anxiety feeling in the pit of your stomach, something's wrong, but there really isn't anything wrong you know there's nothing wrong but you feel, I feel like there is something wrong, the first thing that you do is check your thoughts, because if you're getting that knot in your stomach, it is because you're thinking negative thoughts in your mind.

And once you identify those negative thoughts you can change them all you need to do is turn the dial. So lets say you're driving in the car and you're getting anxious because you know there's traffic up ahead, I know I'm going to hit this, I'm going to be late for the appointment.

All you do is [xx] or you can say, well better a life without appointment than in a car accident so this is okay, I can sit here in the traffic, I'll just pop up that radio, I'll make it louder and I'll sit back and I'll enjoy the view. Or you're just going to get more anxious and more anxious and when you get to wherever you're going, it's just going to be a problem because one negative thought leads to another negative thought and it just keeps going on and on and on and it ruins your day, and there are a couple of things you can do when you feel those negative thoughts first of all, lets focus on what you want not what you don't want, because if you're focusing on what you don't want, you're just bringing in more negative thoughts, focus on what you want, those are always the positive thoughts, a lot of people are wondering why can't I achieve my goals, why can't I achieve that dream and you know what, you can and all you need to do everyday is just do one thing towards your dream, one thing towards your goal and the body the universe, there's nothing else that can happen except for you to move forward and get to where you want to go.

The negative thinking comes in with well forget it, I'm too tired, it didn't work for me yesterday, it's not going to work for me today, no, everyday just take one step towards your dream and that's by having a positive thought and no one can acccomplish anything you've said, your minds out to do.
