Heliocare, a supplement derived from a fern, can help protect your skin from sun exposure. In this video, dermatologist Cybele Fishman, MD, explains how the pill, in combination with sunscreen, provides an added layer of protection from sun damage.
So there's this very cool pill called Heliocare and what it is, it's a fern, it's called polypodium leucotomos and it comes from Central and South America and it's very cool because when you take it you actually get less sun damage, now that doesn't mean you should spend ten hours in the sun and not wear sunscreen but it will reduce the damage that you get from the sun.
Some pharmacy's do sell Heliocare but it's easily found online if you search for it.
