Well the foods that are the best sources of carotenoids are those that're very brightly yellow and orange colored. You see carotenoid comes from the root term carrot or carotene and this is a very powerful antioxidant found in winter squashes. Anything that's yellow or orange and you can think high carotene even tomatoes, so toward the red foods you're going to have a high amount of these very powerful antioxidants, anti-ager carotenes.
