So there are so many different benefits to meditation, so scientifically kind of we know that it reduces blood pressure, that it reduces our cortisol level that it increases our sense of happiness and well-being, there is also lots of research that shows that it helps to manage chronic pain, that it helps us to sleep a little bit better anywhere you go with your mind there's a place for meditation and if you're struggling with something then meditation will help you to cope and help to give you a different kind of perception on whatever it is you are struggling with.
