If you're going to eat meat, make sure your meat is not raised in a unnatural way, is not raised in feedlots and given hormones, antibiotics and even fed in unnatural way. Most feedlots feed their cows and other animals with grains, and grains is not a natural way for animals to eat.

Grass is the natural way for cows to eat. So when cows eat grass, they are healthy, and they develop healthy fats and healthy proteins. When cows eat grains, they get inflamed and therefore you'll be eating their inflammation. The best way to tell if your meat is grass fed and free range is to ask the person, who isselling it to you.

And if they don't have the information or you sense they don't know what they're talking about, then buy it somewhere else.
