Hydration is really important because one of the ways, or the main way in which the body gets rid of toxins is through water, because toxins are water soluble or are made water soluble by the liver in order to get eliminated from the body. So sweating, and peeing, and having bowel moments is very important, and if you're not peeing at least once every hour, you're not drinking enough water.

So drinking water is very important also you are going to be having liquid meals that will hydrate you further, water with lemon, hydration is important.
