Aspirin isn't something that every woman should take, we know in women greater than 65 years old, aspirin prevents against strokes mostly but also heart attacks. For women less than 65 years old, do not take an aspirin unless you have multiple risk factors of heart disease like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol but talk to your doctor before taking aspirin, because it can actually increase your risk of bleeding.
Its not a safe medication but if you need it, it can actually prevent a heart attack.
