For behavior change, or for breaking habits or for building good habits, or for learning healthy habits, the solution is usually small group, not one on one with, in a physician patient kind of setting, or even one on one like that physician in a dietitian setting, it's really, some knowledgeable person coordinating a group of people, we found a dozen people are about the right, number for that sort of thing.

So, people can look each other in the eye and talk to each other, and kind of engage with each other but it takes about 8 to 12 weeks so most of the behavior change programs that we have whether its exercise or nutrition or weight loss, or stress reduction, or healthy sleep, those all tend to be 6 to12 week programs and typically 8 to 12 week programs, so part of the secret is engaging people regularly so they do develop this reactions, this reflexes, that are healthy reflex.
