I think the G-spot is definitely real for some people. Anatomists have and researchers have been unable to specifically define an anatomical region of the G-spot. They've been unable to find an collection of nerves or anatomical structure that corresponds to the G-spot, but it actually may be a convergence of structures.
The clitoris, the urethra and the vagina which may contribute to a woman's sexual response. For some women, I would say yes, the G-spot is real, that area of the interior or upper portion of the vagina, probably enhances their sexual response, but specifically, we've been unable to find a well defined anatomical region called the G-spot.
