I'm getting to deliver babies and now how the wheels turn and eventually you take care of women from almost
to adolescence all the way to postmenopausal phase. [MUSIC PLAYING]
As a physician, especially a women's health physician, I found that being able to deliver babies, for me,
was so important. That's initially what brought me into obstetrics and gynecology. But the fascinating part about all of this
is I found that women are so complex. And they're just so amazing that the ability
to work with them through their health, whether it's emotional health, mental health, physical health, how all of that relates to our reproductive health
and our pelvic health has helped me be a better woman, be a better physician. And it's so rewarding to talk to these women,
hear their stories, their personal stories about how their health affects them. And how I can be an integral part of their journey
has made it even so much better than what I thought it would start out with just from the notion that, you know, I'm getting to deliver babies
and now how the wheels turn and eventually you take care of women from almost to adolescence all the way to postmenopausal phase,
and again, how that impacts my life as a woman and giving back to them. [AUDIO LOGO]
