Simple Cardio Exercise You Can Do Anywhere

Hi I'm Mel Mueller, I'm one of your Sharecare fitness experts. Everyone is always wondering how to get their recommended 20-30 minutes of cardio in. I like to add cardio in as one of my exercises and my workout routine and remember cardio adds up so you don't have to do it all at once.

The other great thing is with all these cardio exrcises you're really going to work your core. Do 30 second reps of these exercises. Mountain climbers, focus on keeping that belly button to your spine, squat jumps, make sure to keep those toes pointed forward. For burpees, remember to really explode off the ground, jumping rope, stay on the balls of your feet and keep a steady pace.

And for your upper body plank walks squeezing that booty tight. These exercises are a great way to get your heart pumping while having fun too.
