I am a highly energetic individual whose passion for health and fitness lead me to the fitness industry. My experience spans over several years of studying nutrition, behavior modification and as a personal trainer.
I guide others by providing professional training advice, individualized programs, and being a motivating partner to help them reach their fitness goals while improving their overall health. I find it most rewarding to help others reach their full potential.
In my free time I enjoy staying active by working out, learning new strategies for workouts, hiking in the woods, running, and I relax by reading, playing with my dogs and spending time with my family and friends.
